The system
What you are buying
The RX2600 is a clinician‑operated robotic arm that delivers sustained, repeatable soft tissue work. The therapist sets the target, the pressure and the duration; the arm holds that pressure exactly, for as long as the protocol calls for, without fatiguing.
It runs off a standard outlet in a 7′ × 4′ footprint, so it fits in a treatment room you already have. It is an FDA Registered Class II device, built in Plymouth, Michigan.
-
Pressure
Adjustable 0–30 lbs, applied in sustained intervals rather than strokes.
-
Heat
Applied at the treatment head, through the same contact point.
-
Vibration
Layered with pressure and heat rather than delivered separately.
Operation
How a session runs
The sequence below is what makes the throughput argument work. Steps three and four happen at the same time.
-
01
Assess
The clinician evaluates the patient and decides the target area, pressure and duration.
-
02
Set up
Positioning and programming the arm takes about 90 seconds once the assessment is done.
-
03
Run
The arm delivers the protocol hands‑off, holding the set pressure for the full session.
-
04
Overlap
While it runs, the clinician is free to assess or treat another patient in the same window.

For the buyer
Why a clinic takes one on
You keep the whole session fee
The manufacturer also places units with clinics on a revenue‑share basis, where the session fee is split. Buying outright costs money up front and nothing after that. Which way is better depends on your volume — it is worth running your own numbers before you call either of us.
A service nobody nearby offers
There are very few of these in the field. For a cash‑pay clinic it is a line of service a competitor down the road cannot match or quickly copy.
Consistent output, session to session
The arm holds the prescribed pressure for the full duration. The last ten minutes look like the first ten, and one clinician's session looks like another's.
Capacity without another pair of hands
Because the treatment runs hands‑off, a clinician can start a protocol and work with a second patient in the same window.

Terms and questions
Before you call
What does it cost?
Pricing is on request. Call or email and we will give you a number for the unit you are interested in, along with what it includes.
Can we see one in person?
Yes. The units are in Michigan and we will run a live demonstration by appointment. Call to set a time.
What condition are they in?
Bought new in 2024 and run in a single clinic since, with between 250 and 350 hours on each. They are in working order and were maintained in service. They are sold as‑is, and you are welcome to inspect before you commit.
Why buy outright instead of taking a revenue‑share unit?
The manufacturer places units with clinics on a split of the session fee, with no cost to start. Owning one is the opposite trade: you pay once and keep every session fee after that. High‑volume practices tend to come out ahead owning; lower‑volume ones often do not. We would rather you run the math than regret it.
Is training included?
Yes. Operator training comes with the unit, along with the complete manuals and all cables.
Can we still get support and parts?
Yes. The manufacturer is assisting with the sale and continues to support the units afterward. You can reach them directly at (800) 528‑1457 or info@rx2600.com to confirm terms before you buy.
How long does it take between patients?
About 90 seconds to position and program the arm once the assessment is done. The treatment then runs on its own for the programmed duration.
Where is it made?
Plymouth, Michigan. It is an FDA Registered Class II medical device.
Do the treatment beds come with it?
Not by default, but the matching beds are available for purchase alongside a unit. Ask when you call.
What does it need to run?
A standard 110V or 220V outlet and a 7′ × 4′ space. No special electrical work or plumbing.
Ask about a unit
Call and you will reach someone who runs these machines daily, not a sales desk.
